Program Manager (Technology)
Location: Menlo Park or 100% Remote for the right fit.
Schedule: Hybrid if in SF (3 days onsite)
Duration: ~ 7 Months
Pay: Up to $100/hour DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for a Program Manager who has experience working in the Technology space join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 7-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is 100% remote with the ideal candidate being within the PST or CST time zone. If located in the Bay Area, it will be 3 days a week onsite. This role will be bridging the gap between the teams building the products and take into consideration the audiences/ client feedback to dictate the road map.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of a specific scope of work that includes planning, execution, synthesis, and final cross-sharing of insights and learnings.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as Product, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to scope testing, requirements, test launches, test monitoring, and analysis.
- Be the main point of contact to ensure that all of the testing is executed correctly.
- Manage, monitor, build, and recruit for product testing with different advertisers for alpha and beta tests.
- Communicate insights to drive roadmap prioritization and to ensure that all stakeholders are updated with where the product life cycle is, issues, and escalations.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, and document project status through project management tools.
- Drive influence and execute new processes based on gaps, analysis, metrics, and more to lead to improvements.
- Project manage initiatives that meet the high level goals and milestones.
- Deal with ambiguity through open communication and problem solving.
- 8+ years experience working in project/program/ marketing.
- 6+ years experience working in consulting, a startup environment, operations, or product strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST- ideally an MBA or Master's as well.
- Experience leading client delivery.
- Experience working in a Technology company rather that be smaller or large enterprise.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional relationships.
