Position Overview
As a Program Manager you will lead our initiatives in Transportation Electrification and Optimized Charging. This role is centered on developing, managing, and executing pilots and programs that facilitate the adoption of EV charging infrastructure and support managed charging customer experience. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable transportation solutions, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting the transition to electric mobility in the residential and commercial sectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Program Development and Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive program strategies that align with the company's objectives in driving EV infrastructure rebate deployment and supporting enrollment in optimized charging. Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to work with internal and external partners on program delivery and ensuring extraordinary customer experience. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to achieve pilot goals. Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Manage program budgets, oversee funding allocation, ensure cost-effectiveness, timely invoicing and deliver financial reports to stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance and Standards: Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor program progress, set performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address challenges proactively and adapt plans to changing circumstances.
- Market Research and Trends Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and policy developments in EV infrastructure. Apply insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Business Development: Drive business relationships and proposal development for new Transportation Electrification initiatives with utilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in program management or operations, especially in EV infrastructure, Optimized Charging, Demand Response Solutions, Energy Management, or related industries.
- 3-5 years' experience resulting in strong understanding of transportation electrification and knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in EV infrastructure.
- 5-7 years' experience managing utility programs and pilots
- 5-7 years' of demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- 3-5 years' experience with financial management and budgeting skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Travel Requirements
- The role may include a combination of office work, remote work, and client on-site meetings.

- Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle tools and/or controls.
- Ability to lift to 10 pounds.
- Noise level is typically moderate.
