About the Job
As the Program Manager for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support the Navy Modernization, Planning and Sustainability Division, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), which is responsible for providing the Fleet and modernization stakeholders with modernization policies; Ship Change Document (SCD) processes and approvals; Navy Data Environment (NDE) and user-training; Fleet Risk Assessments; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) Baselines; Information Technology (IT) business tools; metrics performance; and customized reports. The team will support all areas of NAVSEA Modernization Support the updates and adherence to the Navy Modernization Program Modernization and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM).
This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities:- Assist with strategic planning, systems engineering and cost analysis for program improvement
- Facilitate technical business interactions to include High Velocity Learning Environment (HVLE) and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), develop and submit synthesized management reports, POA&Ms and related flag level briefs and reports
- Manage workforce and client interface in support of Navy Modernization, Planning and Sustainability Division within Naval Sea Systems Command
- Develop and submit management reports, (i.e., monthly executive reports, bi-weekly statusreports and Plans Of Action and Milestones (POA&M) (CDRL A004) as requested
- Develop reports and briefing materials (CDRL A004) for high level leadership and strategicplanning
- Bachelor degree in computer systems, management, business or equivalent
- Masters degree (Desired)
- 10 or more years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification
- DAWIA Level II (Desired)
- Expertise in MS suite
- Detailed understanding of Navy Maintenance and modernization processes, including the Navy Modernization Process Management and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM)
- Detailed understanding of the Navy Data Environment (NDE) and all modules
- Experience in all areas of project management to include cost, schedule performancetracking
- Active Secret clearance
