Position Summary:
The Program Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying and delivering key operations improvements to the program. The focus area of these improvements will be tools (Excel and PowerBI), process changes, and Information Management led enhancements. In this role, you will deliver project management deliverables to ensure improvements follow a timeline and meet critical deadlines. The Program Operations Analyst will manage program data and reporting and identify, innovate, and create client facing and internal reporting. - Program Tool Development
- Identify and deliver enhancements in reporting and tracking of program operations and data that will drive productivity or improve program management capabilities.
- Solidify and streamline tools that can be used as client and program deliverables.
- Track project timelines and manage critical milestones to ensure delivery on time. Report on in progress and upcoming tasks that follow the project timelines.
- Liaison with other support departments, and potentially the client, to move projects and enhancements to completion.
- Change Management and Support
- Act as point person for delivering all key processes, technology, or tool enhancements.
- Plan for any necessary training needs, process changes, and reporting capabilities that result from program enhancements.
- Focus on analyzing, managing, and utilizing program data to fulfill program reporting requirements.
- Program Reporting
- Manage the program's reporting needs, including invoicing, data entry validations, and troubleshooting.
- Train additional staff personnel in reporting capabilities to broaden the region's reporting skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in data management, analyzation and using visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with report design and development.
- At least 1 year in client facing project management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in Statistics, Data Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Business.
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or field work.
- Salesforce experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle tools and/or controls
- The team member will frequently be exposed to conditions that will require them to walk, kneel, crouch and/or crawl (e.g. attics and/or crawl spaces).
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Noise level is typically moderate.
- May occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
- May occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration. In these circumstances, the employee will be required to comply with the prevailing safety training in place according to the individual customer requirements.
