Job Responsibilities

• Communicate in formal presentations to executive leadership, management, and individual contributors; hold Phase Gate Reviews
• Lead cross-functional teams with members from different organizations and geographies while advising teams and individuals
• Ability to influence peers, internal customers, and executives
• Providing coaching and training as needed
• Understand when and how to escalate issues while maintaining positive relationships with team members and other organizations
• Excel in developing a culture of creativity and accountability in project teams to solve problems in new ways while keeping organizational commitments
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process
• Excel in teamwork and teambuilding

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
• 5+ years in a technical or engineering role
• 3+ years in a program/project management role
• Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge in phase gate approach to program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Six Sigma certification
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM
• Six Sigma certification

Experience in the following is preferred:

• Product Design or Manufacturing Engineering
• Analytical techniques and data driven problem solving
• Experience in New Product Development or New Product Introduction
