Enterprise Sales operations team is seeking a Project Manager. The skilled project Manager will be a part of the Enterprise Sales Operations - Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (COE). Working with the Divisional Sales Enablement Champions, COE work stream leaders and the rest of Sales Enablement COE, implement projects and utilize standard Project Management tools in leading cross-functional project teams in the execution of continuous improvement and scalability projects. This commitment requires partnering with various functional and leadership associates in pursuit of efficient delivery of project objectives.

Enterprise Sales operations team is seeking a Project Manager. The skilled project Manager will be a part of the Enterprise Sales Operations - Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (COE). Working with the Divisional Sales Enablement Champions, COE work stream leaders and the rest of Sales Enablement COE, implement projects and utilize standard Project Management tools in leading cross-functional project teams in the execution of continuous improvement and scalability projects. This commitment requires partnering with various functional and leadership associates in pursuit of efficient delivery of project objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Use Project Management tools in leading teams to successful project completion.
- Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the project team with divisions, focused on building strong customer relationships, provide leadership for operational aspects of the project.
- Work with internal customer groups to identify, define, scope, and prioritize project objectives and deliverables. Own entire project life-cycle from initiation to closure. Build effective project teams and mobilize the commitment of key stakeholders.
- Understand project schedules and meet agreed upon timelines by managing critical path and communicating critical milestones.Generates and distributes weekly status reports, time usage reports and expense reports.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Communicate project status, accomplishments, and needs both within and outside the project team to ensure project success.
- Work with other Project Managers and SFDC COE team to help the broader team's effectiveness as a group, and ensure common and consistent approaches to Project Management.
- Assess and manage risks in process, people, or technology and adjust project plans to address accordingly.Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track.
- Assist in the delivery of presentations during requirements, design, and pilot and user acceptance testing sessions. Utilize project investments and resources in an efficient manner, with an emphasis on overall benefit for the enterprise.
- Effectively manage remote project team resources and internal customer interactions, ensuring efficient communication and productivity. Provide mentoring, guidance and coaching to project team members, including remote team members.
- Support and drive Change Management as improvements are implemented and solutions require change and adaptation.
- Contribute to workshops on strategy and road mapping and build the resulting implementation plans.Assure effective implementation of improvements and smooth handoffs to long term process owners.
Additional Requirements/Preferences:
- Experience applying standard project management tools in the execution of projects.Able to multi-task and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to plan strategically and engage tactically to both develop the overall plan and work hands-on to implement the plan
- Expert ability to work across global teams, both internally and externally, to influence project contributors and stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of change management and its impact on project execution. Experience working on changes within the context of CRM environment
- Experience leading large and complex projects with significant business impact in a cross functional, global environment is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills. Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
- Able to understand and manage complexity and help clarify the truly important issues
- Proven problem solver, effective coaching / mentoring others Positive, optimistic and results oriented
- 5+ years' experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel etc.)
- Located in the U.S. and able to travel up to 20%
