Position Overview
Plans, promotes and implements activities related to program. Would help keep track of grant funds including helping with the logistical planning of governance meetings, mentor teacher trainings, teacher residency orientation meetings, etc. This position would coordinate things such as purchasing orders for swivel robots, placing the catering order, creating meeting invites, booking meeting room space, placing orders for school supplies, creating itineraries for site visits, sending out email reminders, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to provide leadership for student employees and volunteers.
- Experience in networking across departments and programs.
- Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience working with K-12 schools or College of Education
