- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Non-Profit Management, Business Administration / Management, Business Analytics or similar majors Req
- 2-4 years Strong track record of success in product/project management Req
- Experience in a non-profit or association. Support of volunteer programs a plus Pref
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, volunteers, and vendors
- Highly organized, with the ability to shift focus/multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Demonstrates proficiency in data management and interpretation, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives (strongly desired)
- Superior written, and verbal communication and presentation skills, including creating effective presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google suite of products. Smartsheet proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a Product Delivery Environment is a plus
- Some domestic and/or international weekday and/or weekend travel required estimated (approx. 3x per year)
