As a Program Supervisor in a Catapult Learning Early Childhood Program, you are required to always perform the following job functions to the best of your ability. As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible of leading a team of 15 Site Coordinators and coordinating compliance for 18 Before and Aftercare Sites in Elizabeth NJ. You will receive onboarding training from a qualified Catapult Learning Area Manager.
- Ensure the development and implementation of the center's child development and activities program for school-age children.
- Ensure the appropriateness of program activities according to the age and development level of the child, as specified in N.J.A.C 3A:52-6. l(a)
- Complete 20 hours of continuing staff development each year.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the NJ Manual of requirements for Child Care Centers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions to receive childcare subsidy funding.
- As a Program Supervisor must develop relationships with the school administration and staff, and parents at the assigned school.
- Coordinate all on program recruitment and marketing for both the School Year and Summer Program.
- Coordinate and facilitate daily program operations; including staff scheduling, maintain site attendance, and tuition reimbursements.
- Maintains and Order Supplies.
- Assist with curriculum activities for the school year and Summer Program.

- Must meet or exceed the qualification requirements set forth in chapter 52, Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers, State of New Jersey.
- Must Have bachelor’s degree and/or NJ Teacher Certificate (P3, or K-6)
- Must Have Pediatric CPR/First Aid Training and Certification
- Must complete Child Abuse Record Information Background Check.
- Must complete a Criminal History Record Information Background Check.
