SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Support Manager (EC-37 COMPASS CALL). The selected candidate will support the Big Safari program office with the responsibilities listed below.

What You'll Do
- Advise and support the EC-37B COMPASS CALL Government Program Office on Electronic Warfare (EW) requirements and operational capabilities, determine adequate solutions, and assist test and fielding of this weapon system for the USAF
- Experience as Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) in the EC-130H Compass Call aircraft and be able to qualify to fly AFMC support and test missions
- Support EW mission system verification and validation across aircraft ground & flight testing
- Assist in development and establishment of operational architecture and Electronic Attack capabilities for the EC-37 COMPASS CALL Weapons System
- Review contractor CDRL submittals for completeness and accuracy per contract requirements and provide results to Program Management Office
- Coordinate between Government Quality Assurance Evaluators and contractor on evaluation results of contractor development and manufacturing performance and assist with implementation of corrective actions as required
- Assist with developing test strategy, project schedules, program plans, financial plans and other time-sensitive documentation
- Assist with resolving technical problems associated with the integration of new capabilities
- Coordinate sustainment requirements for system upgrades and system improvements
- Assist with preparation of program briefings on acquisition, financial, and technical improvement projects
- Assist USAF PMs in monitoring contractor schedule and performance
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field desired
- Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition reform initiatives
- Must be familiar with DOD 5000 series acquisition regulations
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Electronic Warfare
- Experience as EC-130H Electronic Warfare Officer
- A proven record in problem solving, decision-making, financial management, logistics and concept development
- Clearance: TOP SECRET/SCI (At minimum need an Interim TS acceptable to start)
- Experience in Electronic Attack (EA) weapons systems, tactics and testing
- Experience in digital simulation for Operational Testing of Electronic Warfare capabilities
- Experience and knowledge with program budgets
