Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually

Position Overview:

Xtreme Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Support Manager (PSM) to lead and manage a large-scale team, supporting vital government contracts. As a PSM, you will be responsible for the overall contract performance, overseeing supervisors, and ensuring that staffing and deliverables meet the highest standards. You will also serve as the primary liaison between Xtreme Solutions and U.S. Department of State (DOS) staff, ensuring seamless operations and addressing any challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the contract management team, ensuring all operations exceed contractual requirements.
• Oversee staffing and personnel management, including hiring, performance reviews, improvement plans, and terminations.
• Foster team development through mentorship, coaching, and professional growth opportunities to build a high-performing and cohesive team.
• Act as a liaison with DOS staff, addressing any issues that cannot be resolved on-site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and performance efficiency.
• Provide quick responses to additional support requests and deploy qualified staff as needed.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with contract performance, ensuring full compliance with all federal regulations and contract requirements.
• Represent Xtreme Solutions in conference calls, video conferences, and meetings with U.S. Government agencies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on contract performance, staffing, and operational challenges.
• Resolve problems quickly with minimal disruption to ongoing contract activities.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Over 5 years of progressive management experience with a focus on managing large contracts.
• Proven track record in managing large teams.
• Expertise in all aspects of personnel management, including hiring, performance reviews, and discharging employees without incident.
• Proficient in using workforce management and performance tracking systems to monitor contract deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the mission and staffing needs across multiple offices.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. government contracting procedures and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to manage compliance requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to work closely with leadership to address contractual issues.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and resolving conflicts efficiently.
