Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the focal point for staff advice and coordination on all matters pertaining to manpower and force management programs.
- Assists in manpower, force development and forecasting activities and provides business support for all elements of the Command staff.
- Analyzes organizational requirements to assist Division Chiefs in forecasting manning needs for current and future Fiscal Years.
- Serves as the only Program Support Specialist (PSS) and Organization Acquisition Point of Contact (OAP) in the Program Office.
- On-boarding and out processing all employees, maintaining accurate personnel counts, and tracking out-going personnel to ensure backfill is identified, creation of job announcements and requests to fill documents (RTF), preparing and routing honorary and incentive awards, tracking and coordinating events for required training.
- Effective execution of tasks within my scope requires frequent interpretation of policies and regulatory guidance and analyzation of data. Pertinent information is extrapolated from official documents and utilized to brief higher echelons, create presentations, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for areas managed in an Operations/Human Resources cell.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with five (5) years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in a Program Support role supporting government customer
- Competent use of Government applications: ServiceNow, TED, EMPres, AutoNoa, Work Force Manager, CAPPMIS, SharePoint.
- Knowledgeable with CAPMISS, SRPE, IDP, training requirements, awards, recognitions, operations, PowerPoint, database management.
- Must maintain professional composure and confidentiality of sensitive personnel activities.
Required Clearance:
Must have an Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
