Programmer Analyst - Talent & Acquisition LLC., d/b/a Stand 8

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst with a strong background in systems development, database management, and project control. This role involves developing and maintaining complex systems, analyzing system requests, and creating detailed work plans for system maintenance and development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain database systems, including implementing project control techniques and documenting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex systems, analyze system requests, and develop structured work plans to support system development and ongoing maintenance.
• Evaluate and integrate data processing concepts and equipment, optimizing resources and ensuring effective usage.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an Associate’s degree with 18 months of experience, or three years of equivalent work experience.
• Database and Documentation: Minimum of three years of experience in database management, documentation, project control techniques, and data processing.
• Systems Development: Minimum of three years of experience developing and maintaining complex systems, including system evaluation and analysis for developing work plans.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with project managers, business analysts, database administrators, and policy staff.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
