About the Job
Wage - $24.82 per hour approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule as follows:
Mon: 9 – 3 PM (6 Hrs)
Tues: 11 - 4 PM (4 Hrs)
Weds: 9 - 3 PM (6 Hrs)
Thurs: 11- 4 PM (4 Hrs)
Fri: (Off) – Except for Staff Training Days (4 Hrs) ( Last Friday of each month)

What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the administrative personnel and reporting outcomes and achievements of the center and the students/or inmate. As a part of the administrative team, you will organize and prioritize schedules, events, and reporting activities.
Essential functions:
1. Answer telephone calls and greet and assist visitors.
2. Assist supervisors, managers, and directors with administrative duties.
3. Conduct audits when appropriate.
4. Prepare and administer reports.
Education and Experience Requirements:
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ One year's administrative experience with extensive knowledge of Excel .
+ A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
