About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Employee Engagement Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and retention. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing internal morale and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. The ideal candidate will live in or very near Milwaukee County.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive annual global employee engagement survey and follow up action plans.
- Facilitate follow-up focus groups to develop and prioritize actionable objectives.
- Maintain schedule and communicate status to HR leadership.
- Work with global business leads to ensure survey represents the needs of the business, has good benchmark data, and that results are effectively communicated across the business.
- Partner with Data & Analytics team on reporting and presentation of concluded results.
- Partner with communications on keeping employees informed of progress towards improvements.
- Organize, facilitate, and manage monthly employee engagement events.
- Innovate new ways to engage employees and promote employee participation.
- Analyze data to gain insights into new talent.
- Meet with stakeholders to determine opportunities to increase positive employee experiences.
- Develop and present new ideas to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Establish and lead an Employee Engagement Committee to identify opportunities for improved communications across the organization.
- Develop and maintain workflows and project mapping.
- Work with Talent and Learning teams to host annual leadership conference.
- Manage Employee Engagement Initiatives

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 5-7 years in Marketing, Event Planning, or Human Resources field required.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative culture and indirectly managing cross functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, critical thinking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Design skills.
- Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI
- Willing and able to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
