Job Duties:
· Accounts Payable
- Timely, accurate reconciliation of company credit cards
- Tracking COI, lien waivers and W9 forms
- Enter shop invoices
- Purchase order entry and tracking
- Manage AP statement reconciliation
- Process checks
- Process Credit applications
· Accounts Receivable/Invoicing
- T&M and Progress billing
· Job Costing
- Importing budgets from estimating software to accounting & project management software
- Add phase/cost codes to jobs
- Setup new jobs
· Payroll
- Certified payroll reporting
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting
- A minimum of 3 years' experience required
- Detail oriented with high level of attention to financial accuracy
- Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
- Highly skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets and other accounting software
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Excellent team player having strong verbal & written communication skills
