Project Accounting Administrator
The Project Accounting Administrator reports to the Director of Project Accounting and provides support to the Project Accounting Dept. in various areas.

Project Accounting Administrator
The Project Accounting Administrator reports to the Director of Project Accounting and provides support to the Project Accounting Dept. in various areas.
Required Skills:
- Collect, review, approve and submit certified payroll for multiple projects
- Vendor and Project Team correspondence
- Assist in weekly check runs (stamping, scanning and mailing)
- Accounts Payable
- Assist Project Accountants with various tasks
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or related field;
- 1+ years' experience in an accounting or administrative role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
