Contract Admin/Office Manager/ Project Coordinator Role:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
- Coordinating administrative duties, project financials, permitting, and contracts
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements and company policies.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to highlight potential risks and recommend modifications as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers, legal counsel, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate and finalize contracts.
