About the Job
The Project Administrator performs a variety of tasks to support the Sr. Management, Project Managers (PM) and the Relationship Manager (RM) roles in the Baton Rouge office.
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists in the writing, formatting, and finalizing of meeting agendas, minutes, and other project documents.
• Assist with creating and preparing Proposals and other technical documents.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Project Controls/Project Management to prepare project status reporting.
• Assists in forecasting and tracking project budget reporting.
• Assist in coordinating Business Development briefings, marketing campaigns, Vision inputs, activity updates, and opportunity logs.
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and event calendars.
• Supports project managers in various tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten years of administration experience to include budgeting, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting within projects or programs.
• Project Administrative experience working in an engineering firm is preferred.
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with basic project management practices, methods, and techniques.
• Proficient in use of MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Experience with Deltek Vantage Point or other project tracking and CRM software is preferred.
• Candidates must be located within daily commuting distance of Baton Rouge, LA.
