CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Commercial & Institutional – PM/CM Team at our office in Boston, MA.
YOUR IMPACT:CHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.
The Project Administrator is a pivotal role within the project team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the project by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The professional in this role will oversee the entire administrative process of projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to budget constraints. At CHA, our Project Administrator handles administrative paperwork, communicates plans and instructions to construction specialists, and conducts on-site inspections.
This key role will ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, supervising contractors, and contractors. The Project Administrator will facilitate project meetings, monitor the project schedule, and process billing and payments as well as supervise other construction works as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:- Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s preferred
- Proven experience in construction administration or project management
- Hands on experience with project management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Has ability to take direction from several individuals as well as work on a variety of projects simultaneously
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
$31.21 - $36.05
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
