About the Job
Support the Core Team. Assistance with execution of share point site tasks and related apps & reports. Assist w/ various role securities on Teams Site and Share point. Run / update reports as needed using Tableau, Power BI, and share point. Create/update page content on share point site, including images. Edit/initiate forms within share point. Support queries to the team mailbox. Create power point decks for training purposes using screen shots of new system and other information Write business continuity for Admin Manual and other process steps. Miscellaneous work as needed through this process season.

• Connect with suppliers to obtain required documentation, review the documentation and upload documents into the Supplier Quality Management Database for external manufacturers and warehouse locations
• Plan/track/organize data and audits for external manufacturers and warehouse locations
• Global SQM Meeting
§ Send outline email with meeting template 2 weeks before meeting
§ Collect meeting slides and complete presentation 2 days before meeting
§ Send presentation to Fabian to review 1 day before meeting
§ Present and record presentation on day of meeting
§ Set up unanswered Q&A slides and send to leads
§ Upload presentation with completed Q&A and recording to SharePoint
§ Send link to SharePoint to global SQM all pdl
• NA Table Talk Team Meeting
§ Send outline email with link to blank presentation outline at least 1 week before meeting
§ Collect slides/ensure that slides are completed ~1-2 days before meeting
§ Allow Manager~1 day to review presentation before meeting
§ Present and record presentation on day of meeting
§ Set up unanswered Q&A slides and send to leads
§ Upload presentation with completed Q&A and recording to teams site
§ Send link to teams site to NA SQM all pdl
• Support supply chain COA requests
• Follow up on 3rd party audit findings; obtain documentations and upload into the SQMM Database
