Job Summary
A remote opportunity for a Project Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential Functions
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources, ensuring project milestones are tracked and deadlines are met.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the project management team and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, such as contracts, reports, and other critical documents, ensuring they are stored correctly and easily accessible to team members.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need attention.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support to the Development team at various project locations.
- Budget and Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that project spending stays within budget.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) Related field
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Experience with venue operations
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Must be able to work long irregular hours for an extended period of time as dictated by events and schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Pay Scale: $25.74-$33.79
