ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB is currently looking to hire a Project Administrator to join our NE Finance group. The exciting opportunity will ideally be based in our South Burlington, VT office, but could be in any of New England office locations. This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professional engineers, scientists, planners, and designers. Our team collaborates with both public and private clients in various industries such as transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy. Additionally, we work closely with federal, state, and local governments.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents for private and public sector clients
- Client and sub-consultant contract development and maintenance
- Work with Project Managers and leadership teams to track variances to project budgets
- Assistance with project setup/budgeting
- Accounts receivable collection assistance
- Assistance with research & resolution of client questions
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
Qualifications
- 4+ years of office administration experience, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Engineering/Architecture/Construction environment preferred
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other similar financial applications a plus
