About the Job
Position Purpose
This position is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as other general administrative functions under the direction of the Project or Program Manager within Mission Support Solutions (MSS) business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery dates and processing of Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for customer delivery
- Perform weekly monitoring of project hour and dollar expenditures using organizational databases
- Monitor project labor and material budgets. Work with Project/Program management to ensure project is tracking to established plan.
- Alert management to unplanned project / program variances
- Process project status reports and updates using organizational databases
- Assist in developing project Estimates-to-Complete
- Create Sole Source Justification (SSJ) and Commercial Item Determinations (CID) and route for approval
- Assist with development and tracking of Work Break Down Structures (WBS)
- Work closely with Project / Program Management to properly integrate cost and schedule
- Assist in implementing Project / Program Management Initiatives
- Updates briefs, charts and graphs to display status, trends, and projections
- Participate in meetings, and other projects as directed
- Perform other duties as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- AA/AS in business or other related field and 2 years of job related experience, or combination of High School diploma and 4 years of years of specific job related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- DOD contract experience required
- Deltek Costpoint experience desired, but not required
