Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $39,900.00/Yr. - USD $66,450.00/Yr.. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. SRC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, vacation and sick paid time off accruals starting at 10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick leave annually, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience, prefer at least three of those years of experience must include supporting DoD programs

• Experience in lieu of degree

Desired Skills

• Prefer technical or business degree. Not required, however

• Experience with Navy C4I systems is strongly preferred

Description

• Analyzes and coordinates the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per-project basis

• Leads and guides the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives

• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses

• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

• Tracks project status and schedules

• Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
