Project Analyst - OutSolve

About the Job
The Project Analyst will be responsible for managing project schedules, tasks, and overall project health. They will work closely with all departments to build user stories, define and groom tickets, and work with engineers and business stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software or technology company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with HR technologies or other B2B services
- Product Management experience in the Private Equity sector
Core Work Activities
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog and communicate the rationale behind the decisions
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure timely and efficient development of the products
- Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products
- Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify and validate product opportunities
- Additional Responsibilities, performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
