- Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (PP) (intermediate level of experience) (required)
- Onboarding vendor resources/Access management
- Invoicing and hour tracking and validation/approvals
- Budget Tracking
- Complex IT Meeting management
- Travel management
- Administrative requests of leadership
- Monitoring forecasts vs actuals
- Contract Oversight
- Identify and research problems related to Team financials
- Support various Agile activities and events
- Provide general support to team
- Adheres to Regulatory compliance and all Client standards as applicable
- Additional work as assigned
Top Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented
- PowerPoint (PP) experience (must be able to initiate a deck)
- Long term job experiences
- Software project experience a plus
Manager's Note
- Updating software from Workforce Central to PRO (this specific software experience is a plus, not required)
- Power Point and Excel Test Scores Required
- Not a lot of analytics will be involved; more project management tasks - project management skills would be an asset
- Manager is looking for someone who is going to stay on for the project which is estimated to be in March 2027
