This Project Architect will plan, execute, and monitor all projects. They will also oversee a project's scope, cost and timeline to make sure it successfully delivers the expected outcomes. Your role will identify any risks that may impact a project and take steps to lessen or eliminate those risks. You will oversee the team responsible for implementing the project.
This professional Project Architect will also be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the entire architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases.
What you will bring:
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university
- State Licensed Architect or equivalent qualification preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in planning, programming, Project Architect Management, and architectural design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop)
- Expertise in schematic through construction document phases
- Independent worker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills for addressing audiences
