One of the top Architecture/Engineering firms in the Raleigh area is currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level Healthcare Project Architect. Our client is continually recognized as one of top Architecture firms in the U.S. They are seeking an experience Healthcare Project Architect to be responsible for the leadership and technical execution of project design, building code and stamping, technical quality and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Stamp and seal bids
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of professional work in part of major projects
- Mentor junior staff, assist in the development of future project architects
- Coordinate the layout, design, drafting and specifications produced by other architects and technicians
- Develop project staff-hours and planning schedules for his/her aspects of project
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- At least seven years of related experience
- Must be a Registered Architect
- Ability to use CAD and/or BIM Software
- Ability to lead others and foster teamwork
- Proactive management style
