Your role:
Join us as a Project Architect Manager, where you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Your key responsibilities include overseeing project scope, cost, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of expected outcomes. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project risks, while providing leadership to the implementation team. This professional Project Architect Manager will also be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the entire architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases.
Project Architect Manager Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university
- State Licensed Architect or equivalent qualification preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in planning, programming, Project Architect Management, and architectural design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop)
- Expertise in schematic through construction document phases
- Independent worker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills for addressing audiences
