We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Project Manager with a background in architecture for our rapidly growing construction firm. The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect with a solid understanding of the construction industry and exceptional project management skills. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
3. Utilize software tools such as REVIT, AutoCAD, ProCore, Rhino, and Revizto to design, plan, and oversee projects.
4. Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of projects to stakeholders and upper management.
5. Resolve any issues or delays in the project in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes.
7. Provide architectural and design input when necessary.
8. Continually assess the effectiveness of project management processes and make improvements where necessary.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Must be a licensed architect.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
4. Proficient in using software tools such as REVIT, AutoCAD, ProCore, Rhino, and Revizto.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
9. Thorough knowledge of construction industry regulations and building codes.
10. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
11. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
