Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect - Agency Construction Manager position include:

• Must be a licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies.
• 10+ years of experience, including strong construction administration.
• Experience in public safety projects including fire stations, police stations, hospitals, schools, public transit hubs, etc.
• Strong Business Development expertise; ability to bring over new business is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Lead and manage project designs, consultant teams, and drafters.
• Act as an owner’s representative, focusing on municipal and educational projects.
• Conduct construction management tasks with quality control and timely issue resolutions.
• Prioritize rapid, precise responses to RFIs and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
