Project Assistant / Admin at ConsultNet

Job Title: Project Assistant / Admin
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Shift: (8) hour shift / Monday to Friday
Duration: Contract to Hire, long-term
Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 Hor W2 DOE

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the project administrator in all of these tasks, but not solely responsible for them:
Prepare and submit invoices
Track and assist in collecting account receivables
Track outgoing purchase orders
Coordinate with Project Managers and Field Supervision
Maintain job files and project documents
Payroll entry
Customer required time and material tracking
Other related duties as needed

Job Requirements:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel and Word
Accounting experience or construction project administration experience preferred but not required
Work well in a team environment
Must be able to set priorities, plan/organize/work under pressure to meet deadlines
Demonstrate proficiency with computers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
