About the job
Your primary responsibility will involve managing ERP system transactions for both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless sales management and project order execution processes with precise and timely communication. Your teamwork-oriented approach will be pivotal in supporting our Engineering and Supply (E&S) groups, ensuring their success and enhancing overall customer experience. Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Richmond, VA.
As a part of the team, you will:
Review, register, and monitor project, component, and rental orders ensuring all required information is available, maintained, and accurate.
Facilitate and update relevant financial reporting tasks such as invoicing milestones, cost forecast updates, and backlog maintenance, for all business units supported.
Interface with stakeholders in sales to align and execute commission payments based on invoicing milestones.
Monitor data quality across financial and ERP systems to support project management regarding project cost and budget maintenance, credit/debit, invoicing, and cost resolution.
Order and manage inventory equipment for multiple business units and equipment types.
Coordinate, research, and follow up on claims to include clarifying remedial actions, purchasing required parts/services, and maintaining cost reports for efficient claims settlement per agreed terms.
Support various business unit team administrative needs such as manual creation, time management/entry, utilization reporting, and invoice receipt approvals.
What you know:
You have an Associatedegree, relevant experience, and:
A minimum of 3 years experience supporting various aspects of project management within a manufacturing setting
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong task management skills
High technical aptitude and computer skillset
Strong ERP system experience
Nice To Haves:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management
