Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Assistant, Rusk Data + Outcomes Management.
In this role, the successful candidate In this role the successful candidate will provide support for projects and data needs to Rusk Rehabilitation Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and input of data to large databases
- Support in coordination of timely submission of patient information to Medicare Interprets and analyses information identifies discrepancies and make corrections nbsp;
- Prepares and design reports pertaining to operations and clinical performance to support department goals
- Researches problems issues and concerns and responds to requests for information and summarizes data based on information compiled from various sources
- Perform analyses with the ability to extract validate and critically think through data analysis for operational projects nbsp;
- Assists with project data collection activities to maintain and improve the effectiveness of department workflows
- Synthesize information in high quality deliverables for recommendations to key stakeholders
- Support reporting and dashboard builds
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Associate degree with 1 years experience Knowledge of computer systems Microsoft processing and Excel is essential Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers Familiar with Internet applications effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience in an office setting Demonstrates use of EMR preferably Epic Demonstrates skills in data input analytics and data visualization Excellent attention to detail with ability to conduct regular data check and quality assurance

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $34,467.64 - $56,371.78 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
