Join Our Innovative Team as a Commissioning Lead!
Are you passionate about leading teams and driving successful project completions in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial gases industries? We invite you to become a pivotal member of our dynamic Infrastructure team! As a Commissioning Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing the installation, assembly, and commissioning of some of the largest and most innovative hydrogen gas terminals in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Collaborate: Mentor and guide a team of Project-Site technicians, working closely with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Execute: Collaborate with Project-Site technicians in the field to execute construction and commissioning tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer guidance and assistance to technicians during electrical and mechanical installation tasks, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with Project Engineers and Consultants as they arise.
- Generate BOMs: Work with the team to create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for executing tasks, ensuring all necessary parts arrive on time so technicians can work efficiently without interruptions.
- Communicate Progress: Regularly update project management and stakeholders on progress and potential challenges, collaborating to propose solutions and keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, motor repair, oil & gas, or carpentry, preferably with onsite experience as a Lead for at least 2 years.
- Trade qualifications are a plus but not required.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in construction and/or commissioning large-scale industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude, with a focus on achieving project goals and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of either mechanical or electrical skills in the field (e.g., self-plumbing NG/water lines OR self-working with 480VAC panels).
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with formal training preferred (not required).
