About the Job
Project consultant that offers specialized expertise and advice to clients that involve residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and general repairs.
Duties
- Maintain a schedule to visit different homeowners and companies to give construction estimates regarding roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other repairs that may be needed.
- 80% of leads are provided.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate quotes and proposals.
- Promote and educate users on the value of our design and installation services to prospective clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience selling in the home building, remodeling, or renovation markets.
- Must have a clean driving record and license.
- Home renovation or home building sales experience in a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
