The Gogo Project Control Analyst will support North America's Air
to Ground (ATG) network and teams. You will work closely with
construction managers, field engineers, network engineers, RF engineers,
and the accounting and finance teams. Your areas of support will include
planning and scheduling, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and
coordination and integration of efforts across the teams to improve the
project's financial performance according to the build plans.
You will be the center point of information management for field
operations, construction, data centers, and more, including assisting in
developing & managing trackers and working in the financial system to
track costs (Navision), purchase orders, and invoices. You must
demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and have the talent to
develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, including engineering,
procurement, vendors, accounting, and finance.

How will you make a difference?
- Manage various work efforts against the approved build plan and
provide regular status reports of progress
- Communicate, maintain, and report project schedules, monthly
accruals, and quarterly forecasts
- Administer logistics support, including PQ coordination, non-PO
invoices, fixed Asset management, transfer orders, backhaul
management, packaging requirements, shipping documentation, and
freight and site maintenance invoice payments
- Oversee jobs, fixed asset, and transfer orders in Navision, support
cell site audits, inventory, and WIP reconciliation, as well as
cleanup activities to capture the correct cost allocations
- Assist with pricing inputs and cost analysis on vendor quotes and
Statement of Work proposal reviews
- Train and assist peers with finance questions and system concerns
- Support the Program Managers with the preparation of yearly,
quarterly, or monthly budget worksheets to meet departments budget
and reporting requirements
- Coordinate financial paperwork flow related to purchase orders and
invoices using EXCEL and Navision
- Work with the Program Managers to develop reports and tracking
methods and support the definition of processes within the team
- Recommend process improvement plans, areas of efficiencies, and
automation
- Help with monthly recurring charges for cell site lease, backhaul,
maintenance, hardware, and software services per the contract.
Support reconciliation, true-up, dispute, and billing credits
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with a Business Administration focus is preferred,
or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of work experience as an analyst
- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience
- This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the Chicago office
2-3 days per week
Required Skills, Experience and Talents
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts)
and other MS Office Suite products
Deep knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
Aptitude to lead project management activities
