This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site at ITCON Services headquarters in Tysons Corner, Vienna, Virginia.

• Oversee the project control function within Unanet to include setting up new projects, adding in people assignments and budgets, and updating based on modifications.
• Reviewing JSRs to ensure coding and charging is correct and working with the team when there are discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and managing change orders.
• Daily timesheet import of call center agents, and making timesheet adjustments at the end of timesheet period, per managers.
• Invoicing on the projects and reconciling subcontractor hours.
• As sist in developing financial models and risk assessments for project decision-making.
• Conduct regular project reviews, analyzing financial data to assess project health and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and managing change orders.
• Provide detailed financial reports to project managers, stakeholders, and senior management on project progress, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and potential risks.
• Conduct regular project reviews, analyzing financial data to assess project health and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Coordinate and assist with audits with all external independent auditors (annual financial statement audit, bank audits and other audits as required) and prepare of required items in a timely manner.
• Adhoc assignments as assigned by the Controller.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in project controlling, financial analysis in a government contracting setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Unanet.
• Knowledge of T&M and CPFF contracts
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and attention to details.
