ROLE

This position will assist project managers in the development of project authorization documents and budgets for management approval; conduct internal program/project reviews for compliance with project controls standards and processes; support the development of internal audit responses; analyze financial and other statistical data to forecast expenditures and resources.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will act as the project control lead on a wide range of projects. Ensure schedule/progress management and reporting is in place, accurate, and provided in a timely manner. Develop, enter and maintain Primavera schedule data including project budgets, resources, roles, and the Work Breakdown Structure to ensure data is converted and formatted correctly within project schedules. Collect and analyze project financial data and assist management with resource forecast planning for the Capital Investment Plan. Participate and assist the team manager in the development, documentation, reporting, and implementation of project control policies and procedures. Research and analyze project financial data, and prepare reports and documents for management. Work directly with project managers in support of their project control needs.
