- Ability to interpret complex business documents including customer purchase orders.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed customer expectations.
- Able to move between office, administrative, production, and warehouse areas.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- GED/HS diploma required.
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.
- Responsible for daily entry and processing of incoming sales orders.
- Support key project initiatives and accurately track order progress and inventory status.
- Assist Project Manager with order request adjustments, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with marketing, graphics, and production teams.
- Provide same day order confirmations and clarify order discrepancies.
- When needed provide administrative support to other in-office projects.
- Assist Marketing, HR, and Operations team members as needed.
- Competitive pay: $22-$24/hour.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm schedule.
