Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in both office and field roles.
Coordinate and manage residential projects, overseeing subcontractor commitments, and material purchases.
Assist in developing and implementing project plans using software such as Chief Architect, SketchUp, Dropbox, and Monday app.
Monitor daily project progress, manage purchase orders (POs), subcontracts, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison to project owners for effective communication and coordination.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, material orders, and subcontracts.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts.
Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
Qualifications:

Must have 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling.
Proven experience in project coordination or related construction roles.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in software tools like Chief Architect, SketchUp, Sage 100, Dropbox, and Monday app.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
