From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers (PMs) and Project Engineers (PEs) in managing multiple complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction practices, cost accounting, and project management processes, and will excel in time management and multitasking. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth project execution, from bid preparation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Support PMs and PEs:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to provide administrative and logistical support on various project activities.
Ensure communication flow between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Bid Process Assistance:
Assist in preparing and submitting bids, including gathering required data and completing forms.
Help with compiling Capabilities Statements and ensuring accurate information on company qualifications.
Documentation Management:
Organize, proofread, and submit proposals, plans, and specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Manage and distribute project documents such as RFP files, specs, and plans, ensuring they are posted to the appropriate sites (e.g., FTP).
Project Data & Budget Support:
Provide data on past projects, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation to support bidding and project execution.
Monitor project budgets and assist with cost tracking to ensure financial alignment with project objectives.
File Management:
Set up and maintain both electronic and hard-copy project files for the office and field teams, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A good understanding of construction practices and procedures.
Familiarity with cost accounting and budget tracking principles.
Proficient in proof-reading, data entry, and document management.
Experience with project management tools and systems is a plus.
