Program Management
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with theProgram Management Teamto achieve project goals and objectives.These include preparing test plans, project schedules and test reports, while also performing various coordinating tasks and administrative duties like maintaining project documentation, gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills.
What you’ll be doing as a Project Coordinator
+ Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility, involving relevant stakeholders.
+ Coordinate program work, oversee daily operations, and manage client relationships to define project requirements.
+ Implement and maintain testing strategies, ensuring compliance with standards and data protection laws.
+ Monitor, evaluate, and report on testing tools, methodologies, and project progress to improve efficiency.
+ Facilitate change requests and analyze risks, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets and organizational goals.
+ Conduct quality control through the project to ensure standards are met and escalate issues as necessary.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including test cases, results, and defect tracking.
+ Coordinate with project managers and developers to align testing objectives and goals.
+ Achieve organizational goals by reporting on testing progress, outcomes, and ensuring best practices are followed.
+ Liaise with functional teams to asses the impact of project activities and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.

+ Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion in a timely manner.
+ An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step work instructions and action plans.
+ Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude.
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and testing tools.
What you need to be successful
+ A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field.
+ 3 years of experience as a Project or Test Coordinator or similar project management role working with project planning and management of project milestones, project metrics and reporting
+ Professional experience creating presentations, reports and metrics.
+ Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and reports
+ Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g. Smartsheet or MS Project), methodologies, and best practices
+ Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
