About Our Client:

Our client is a leading mechanical contractor based in Aurora, Illinois, serving the Chicagoland area, Southeastern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. They excel in mechanical construction and the service and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

What They’re Looking For:

• Early Career Talent: Ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail, or service industries.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with software like Sage is a plus, but not essential. Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel is a must.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for problem-solving.

• Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-Starter: Capable of managing responsibilities independently with personal accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails, creating and managing service tickets in Sage.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed.

• Keep client databases accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage parts ordering, tracking, and purchase orders for truck stock.

• Prepare quotes based on technician information.

• Assist with various project coordination tasks, including managing tax exempt certificates, zero bills, new order inputs, saving digital project files to One Drive, and handling COI requests.

What’s Offered:

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexible hours (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) and a 1-hour lunch break.

• Location: In-person role at the Aurora office, conveniently located off 59 and New York/Aurora Avenue.

• Compensation: Competitive starting salary of $45,000, with room for growth.
