About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Design & Construction Project Coordinator to support and manage a variety of hospitality projects, from restaurant renovations to complex hotel developments. You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
On-site position working in our amazing Dunwoody, GA corporate office (4 days/week in-office, 1 day/week remote).

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage project data in Procore, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.
- Oversee performance and payment bonds, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
- Reconcile budgets for monthly draws and coordinate with accounting on cash-flow forecasts.
- Assist in managing monthly billings, lien waivers, and the bank draw process.
- Prepare and process contract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Track project progress, manage submittals, and maintain project documentation.
- Compile close-out documents, including O&M manuals and finalize project reports.
- Attend and document project meetings (both virtually and in-person).
- Assist the Project Manager with budgeting, RFPs, project scope, and roadblock resolution.
- Transcribe meeting minutes, project memos, and correspondence.
- Transition project files between preconstruction, implementation, and warranty teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in a project management or construction environment
- Minimum 2-year degree
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically SharePoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Procore.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, especially Procore.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
