PURPOSE:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for handling the day to dayproject management process and assembly operations oversight for our Equipment Solutions and Support team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project consistency and conformity from scope, to delivery, on automated solutions ranging in scale from $50k to $2 million.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and apply safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Work with Corporate and Plant Engineering teams to develop scope of work for system solutions.
- Lead collaboration efforts with the electrical and mechanical engineering teams to document project information, scope of work, system documentation, etc.
- Lead project management efforts from scope development through system delivery.
- Maintain assembly operations schedule, aligning with project delivery expectations.
- Oversee assembly operations and activities ensuring team is focused and working efficiently and effectively on systems based on priority.
- Maintain, track and report on overall project performance against schedules and budgets.
- Assist with procurement process and tracking lead times for purchased items
- Interface with corporate and plant personnel providing schedule, status and delivery updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities throughout the scope, conception and project management process and provide plans for correction
- Associates degree in Technical field or Equivalent experience.
- Effective and concise communication skills.
- Motivated, self-starter, with a willingness to lead and grow.
- Personable, with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with corporate engineers and plant personnel.
- Prior project management experience.
- Organized and detail oriented individual with prior ISO compliance experience.
- Reasoning, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a goal oriented,team environment.
- Experience working in Microsoft Project software
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Project management/organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Experience in end-of-line automation in Injection, Thermoforming and/or Blow molding.
- Experience withAutoCad or other design software.
- Prior experience with automated solutions development.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Prior experience working within bill of materials
