This Project Coordinator role requires candidates to:
Proactively find solutions to issues, problems, and challenges related to existing and new projects that are creative, thorough and complete
Assist in resolving customer complaints with shipment issues and/or defective material
Enter sales orders and purchase orders for replacement material
Process Direct Through Stock (DTS) paperwork to ensure material is shipped/delivered to customer
Process pre-payment paperwork with management to get payments made and billing processed to customer
Handle all freight claims for missing or damaged material
Puts together O&M’s at the end of the job
Assist the Project Manager with order entry or editing sales orders and/or purchase orders when needed
Handle receiving and billing discrepancies as needed
Follow up on RFI requests between reps and the company and/or the company and the customer
Prepare submittal packages and submittal logs for approval
Prepare procurement and delivery spread sheets for review as needed
Follow up with manufacturers regarding ship schedules, submittals, and overall project
Keep internal and external stakeholders updated with project scope and timeline of anticipated delivery
Coordinate efforts with Returns to correct errors, (such as entry mistakes, picking mistakes, delivery issues and RGA requests) efficiently
Utilize email, Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Work etc.) and the internet to obtain any pertinent information regarding customer requests
Participate in training, including but not limited to on site classes, off site classes, and web based training in order to keep up to date on the most current product technology
Provide customers with order status reports and tracking for all fixtures on job
Assist customers with missing, damaged and/or defective material
Process RMA’s for all credit issues (returns/billing issues)
Request pricing and availability for replacement or added items and send quotes to customers
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Project Coordinator position:
High School Diploma
1+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role
1+ years of experience in the Electrical or Construction Industry preferred
Able to do basic math
Strong communications skills

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
