Project Coordinator for Marketing Dept - Staff Perm

Project Coordinator for Marketing Department to support the marketing departments Store Loyalty Program and mainly coordinates backend data, reviewing reports and supporting email request from field staff and customers and directing them to the appropriate area to resolve their questions.  Will use MS Office and MS Excel to manage data.

POSITION: Contract with Right to Hire option
PAY RATE: 25.00 hour
SHIFT: 8:00am to 5:00pm (On site Mon-Thur) and remote on Fridays 

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, responsible for preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials in support of marketing department initiatives.
• Prepares proposal, presentation, and communication materials in support of marketing department initiatives.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED with combination of education and experience
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• General familiarity with standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
