Project Coordinator - Belcan

An onsite Project Coordinator position is available in Ft. Worth, Texas 76118.  We are seeking an administrative support person to join our exciting team with a focus on Aerospace and Defense Products.  This is a direct, full-time position with benefits and paid overtime.  
 
Job responsibilities:
*   Action Officer role to capture and distribute meeting notes, as well as support in driving action items to closure.
*  Setup and facilitate meetings including operation of video and audio conferencing equipment.
*  Prepare Power Point presentations for meetings.
*  Organize and support customer and supplier working group meetings in addition to internal meetings.
*  Maintain customer and supplier working group collaboration portals and support data transfers.
*  Create, edit and review internal and external documents which includes templates, formatting, grammar, and submissions.  
*  Coordination and control of review meetings.
 
Qualifications:
*  Associate or Bachelor's degree in administrative assisting, public administration, business administration, or related field is required.  
*  Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Access, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
*  Strong listening and communication (verbal and written) skills required.
*  Strong presentation (messaging and graphics) skills required.
*  Relevant professional work experience required.
*  Previous U.S Government related work or equivalent is a plus.
*  Basic understanding of the aerospace industry is a plus. 
*  Familiar with Azure DevOps is a plus.
*  Familiar with integrated master scheduling is a plus.
*  Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $45,000 to $80,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
